Viper Brite is a non-acid, high-foaming coil cleaner formulated for cleaning and restoring heavily oxidised aluminium coils.
This powerful coil brightener effectively removes dirt, grease, grime, and oxidation, improving heat transfer and overall system efficiency. Unlike acid-based coil cleaners, Viper Brite is safer to use and registered for use in food processing areas.
- Colour:Clear
- pH:Highly Alkaline
- Fragrance:Characteristic detergent odour
- Dilution:10:1 (Heavy Duty), 15:1 (Medium Duty), 20:1 (Light Duty)
- Safety:Requires full PPE

BENEFITS
- High-Performance Cleaning– Generates strong foaming action to penetrate deep into coils, pushing out built-up contaminants.
- Restores Coil Shine– Removes oxidation, bringing coils back to a bright metallic finish.
- Safe for Food Processing Areas– Registered for use in food preparation environments when rinsed with potable water.
- Biodegradable Formula– Unlike traditional coil cleaners, Viper Brite is environmentally friendly and safe for disposal.
- Versatile Application– Ideal for use with a Viper Foam Gun for optimal efficiency but can be applied with other sprayers.
APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY
Viper Brite is suitable for use on aluminium and copper coils in HVAC, refrigeration, and heat exchange systems. It is particularly effective on coils that have not been maintained regularly and require deep cleaning. Not recommended for indoor coil cleaning.
HOW TO USE
Always wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing. Use in well-ventilated areas.
DILUTION RATIOS:
- 10:1for Heavy Duty Cleaning
- 15:1for Medium Duty Cleaning
- 20:1for Light Duty Cleaning
APPLICATION:
- Turn off or disconnect all power to the unit.
- Use a foam gun or pump sprayer to fully saturate the coil with the solution.
- Allow 5–10 minutes for the foam to penetrate and loosen debris.
- Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water to ensure no chemical residue remains.
- In food processing areas, remove or protect all food and packaging materials. If contact occurs, rinse with potable water.
FAST FACTS
- Using the Viper Foam Gun, simply dial in the desired dilution ratio for precise application without waste.
- For large coils with internal oxidation and carbon deposits, remove the surrounding flange, dilute Viper Brite 3:1, and pour directly down the middle of the coil. Allow time for the chemical to react, then rinse thoroughly.
- Viper Brite vs. Viper Heavy Duty– Both clean coils effectively, but Viper Brite is the choice when dealing with heavy oxidation and carbon build-up, restoring shine for before-and-after results.
- Avoid Acid-Based Cleaners– Acid coil cleaners corrode aluminium and copper, reducing heat transfer efficiency and increasing safety risks.
- Saponification Process– Viper Brite breaks down fats, oils, and grease by turning them into soap, allowing easy rinsing and removal through emulsification.
NOTE: Always read and follow the safety instructions on the label. Never mix Viper Brite with other chemicals. Ensure thorough rinsing after application to prevent potential coil damage.
