APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY

Viper Big Blu Sub Zero is ideal for use in HVACR systems, brake lines, pneumatic systems, gas lines, fuel lines, refrigerant-based EV thermal management systems, fire suppression systems, and hydraulic circuits. It effectively detects leaks in pressurised gas systems and is designed for extreme temperature applications.

HOW TO USE

Always wear protective gloves and goggles. Use in well-ventilated areas.

APPLICATION:

1. Apply the liquid generously to all surfaces using a brush, sprayer, or sponge, ensuring a flat, bubble-free coating.
2. Focus on threaded connections, joints, and valves, where leaks are most common.
3. Bubbles will form instantly for larger leaks. Micro-leaks may take 5–30 minutes to develop, forming a foam cocoon or small bubble clusters.
4. Once all leaks have been identified and repaired, place equipment back into operation.
5. Wipe treated surfaces clean or rinse with water if available.
