Viper Heavy Duty is a professional-grade coil and surface cleaner formulated to remove heavy organic and synthetic contaminants.

With its advanced cleaning formula, it breaks down and eliminates grease, dirt, natural fats, and petroleum-based residues without damaging sensitive components. Unlike alkaline cleaners such as Viper Brite, Viper Heavy Duty does not lift oxidation or hard carbon deposits, making it a versatile solution for HVACR maintenance.

HOW TO USE

Always wear protective gloves and goggles when handling cleaning chemicals.

APPLICATION:

1. Use with the Viper Foam Gun (Part # RT300S) or the Viper Foam Sprayer (Part # RT301S).
2. If using the Foam Sprayer, dilute to the desired ratio.
3. Fully saturate the coil or surface with foam or liquid.
4. Wait 5–10 minutesfor the foam to liquefy and break down contaminants.
5. Rinse if necessary:
   • Condenser Coils:Light rinse if water is available. No rinse required at 20:1 dilution or higher.
   • Evaporator Coils:No rinse required at 10:1 dilution unless debris could clog the condensate drain or pan.
6. In food processing areas:Remove or protect all food and packaging materials. If contact occurs, rinse with potable water.
