We dispatch restoration equipment, chemicals, parts and site-safety
gear from our Brisbane warehouse in Acacia Ridge.
Where we deliver
- Australia: online orders can be delivered to
Australian addresses. - Remote and regional areas: some remote, island or
hard-to-reach locations may need a freight quote before dispatch. We may
ask you to pay any extra freight before we send the order, or you can
cancel for a full refund. - International: online checkout doesn’t offer
international delivery. Contact us for a quote.
Collect from Acacia Ridge
(Brisbane)
You can arrange to collect your order from 9/35 Learoyd Road,
Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 during normal trading hours.
Please call 07 3568 4925 before you come in so we can confirm your
order is ready. Collection is by arrangement. Once the goods are handed
over to you or your driver, they’re your responsibility.
Dispatch times
- Target: stocked orders placed before 3:00 pm AEST
on a business day are normally dispatched the same day. - Later orders: orders placed after 3:00 pm, or on a
weekend, are normally dispatched the next business day.
These are targets, not guarantees. Stock levels, public holidays,
carrier schedules, payment checks and items needing special handling can
all affect dispatch.
Out-of-stock, special-order or indent items: we’ll
contact you about timing.
Delivery options and costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout from your
delivery address and the weight and size of your order. You’ll see the
cost before you pay. Options depend on the products and destination, and
currently include:
- a standard parcel service;
- Australia Post Express Post; and
- TNT heavy freight.
The carriers and services available can change without notice.
There’s no free-shipping threshold, so delivery is charged at the rate
shown at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on your location, the freight type and the
carrier. Once your order is dispatched, the carrier’s tracking will show
its latest estimate.
Carrier estimates aren’t guarantees, and we can’t control carrier
delays. If your order is time-critical, call us before you order.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, carrier and tracking details are sent
to the contact details on the order.
Signature and authority to
leave
Signature: we may send orders with signature on
delivery. Carrier delivery rules also apply.
Authority to leave: if you want the carrier to leave
your order without a signature, tell us in writing (for example by
email) before dispatch. If you do, the order becomes your responsibility
once the carrier records it as delivered to your address.
Heavy freight and pallets: someone must be on site
to receive and sign for the goods.
Bulky items, pallets
and site deliveries
Large machines, multiple cartons and pallet quantities may need extra
planning.
- Pallet and heavy-freight deliveries are generally made to ground
level at a business address. - You’ll need to provide someone to receive the goods, and suitable
unloading help or equipment. - Tail-lift trucks, residential delivery, site access restrictions,
re-delivery after a failed delivery attempt, and waiting time may cost
extra. We’ll quote these charges and they’re payable by you.
To help us plan, send the product names or SKUs, quantities, delivery
postcode, any site-access details and the date you need the goods.
Chemicals and dangerous
goods
Some chemicals, liquids and aerosols are classed as dangerous goods.
They’re subject to carrier, destination and transport restrictions, and
many can’t travel by air.
If the delivery option you chose can’t legally or practically carry
your order, we may:
- change the freight service (any extra freight cost is payable by you
before dispatch); - ask you to collect the order instead; or
- cancel all or part of the order and refund anything you’ve paid for
the cancelled items.
Damaged, missing or wrong
items
- Check your delivery on arrival. If the carton is
damaged, note it on the carrier’s paperwork where you can. - Take photos of the outer packaging, shipping label
and affected products before using anything, and keep all
packaging. - Let us know within 2 business days of delivery with
your order number and photos.
The 2-business-day timeframe is a request so we can lodge a carrier
claim in time. It isn’t a condition, and it doesn’t limit your rights
under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy
for more information.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days, please contact
us. We’ll lodge an enquiry or claim with the carrier and work with you
to resolve it. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian
Consumer Law.
Customer-arranged freight
If you arrange your own courier or transport, the goods become your
responsibility once we hand them to your carrier. Any loss or damage in
transit is then a matter between you and your carrier.
Title and risk
- Risk: the goods become your responsibility when
they’re delivered to your address (or when the carrier records them as
delivered under an authority to leave), collected by you, or handed to
your own carrier. - Ownership: ownership of the goods passes to you
once we’ve received full payment.
Delivery delays and
liability
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes any right or
remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be
excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or
consequential loss caused by delivery delays. That includes loss of
profit, lost jobs or contracts, equipment downtime and labour costs.
Hire equipment delivery
Hire equipment can be collected from Acacia Ridge or delivered by
arrangement. Delivery options and charges are confirmed with your hire
quote.
