The Tramex Building Survey Inspection EZ Kit BSIK is a compact moisture and humidity testing system built around the MEX5 moisture meter. It allows for non-destructive moisture measurement and pin-type moisture content readings in building materials including drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates, roofing, and air spaces.

The MEX5 moisture meter features dual-depth measurement with shallow and deep penetration modes. It provides comparative readings of surface and core moisture in building materials.

It includes a built-in hygrometer for ambient conditions and psychrometric values, an infrared surface thermometer, and Bluetooth connectivity for use with the Tramex Meters App.
