APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY
Viper Nickel Safe Ice Machine Cleaner is suitable for use in ice machines with nickel-plated or stainless steel evaporators. Designed for commercial and industrial ice machine maintenance, it ensures a deep clean while protecting sensitive components.
HOW TO USE
Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines when cleaning ice machines.
APPLICATION:
- Remove all icefrom the ice storage bin.
- Switch the ice machine into cleaning mode.
- Nickel-plated evaporators:Slowly add 230ml of Viper Nickel Safe Ice Machine Cleaner to the water trough for every 110 kg – 140 kg of ice production per 24 hours (or 230ml per 1L of trough capacity).
- Stainless steel evaporators:Use double (2x) the amount of cleaner.
- Circulate the solution for 10–30 minutes, depending on the level of scale build-up.
- For heavily scaled areas, use a brush for additional scrubbing.
- Discard the spent waterand rinse the machine three times with potable water to ensure all cleaner is removed.
- Switch the machine back to ice production mode.
